Here’s everything you need to know about how your order arrives to you:

📦 Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (Monday–Friday).
Once shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number so you can follow your parcel’s journey to your doorstep.

During high-volume periods (product launches, holidays, etc.), processing may take slightly longer. We appreciate your patience—each order is packed with love.

🚚 Estimated Delivery Times (Within Canada)

  • Standard Shipping: 7–14 business days

Shipping times are estimates provided by our carriers and may vary depending on your location.

🌍 International Shipping

  • Standard Shipping: 10-30 business days

*Note: The days listed above are only estimates in business/working days and do not include our 2-5 day processing time. 

✨ Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email.
If you don’t see it, check your spam folder—or email us and we’ll resend it.

✨ Duties, Taxes, and Other Fees:

International shipments may be subject to import taxes, duties and/or customs clearance fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient's country. These fees are the sole responsibility of the recipient. Essentially Her has no control over these charges, nor can Essentially Her predict what they may be. If a shipment is refused and returned, you will be responsible for any import taxes and return shipping costs incurred.

Customs policies vary widely by country. If you have questions we recommend that you contact your local customs/post office for more information. 

📬 Lost or Stolen Packages

Essentially Her is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as "delivered." Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
For lost items, we suggest contacting the shipping carrier directly with your tracking number.
